At a glance
- The 14-day trial is free; it is not a paid refund guarantee.
- Paid subscription refund requests are reviewed case by case.
- Send your payment reference and concern directly by email.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers subscription fees and agreed paid additions purchased directly from DigiKaha. It does not set the return policy for products or services sold by a store using DigiKaha. For a store purchase, contact the selling business or its payment provider.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee or a blanket refusal of refunds, and it does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
2. The free trial and paid access
Your free trial lasts 14 days from manual activation. There is no trial fee to refund and no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Use the trial to check whether the system fits your workflow and devices.
When you decide to subscribe, we confirm the plan, amount, billing period, and payment instructions by email before activating paid access. The free trial period is separate from any request to refund a later subscription payment.
3. How requests are reviewed
We consider the agreed service, payment records, activation history, use of the subscription, reported issues, and any steps already taken to resolve them. Include enough information for us to investigate.
- Duplicate, incorrect, or mistaken payments: we verify the payment and the amount that should have been charged.
- Paid access not provided: we check whether the agreed workspace or subscription was activated and made available.
- Significant service problems: we review the issue, its effect on the agreed service, and attempts to resolve it.
- Cancellation, unused time, or a change of mind after activation: these may be submitted for review, but a full or prorated refund is not automatic.
4. Submit a refund request
Email support@digikaha.com with the subject “DigiKaha Refund Request”. Send the request as soon as you notice the issue so the payment and access records can be checked.
- Your name, business name, and store subdomain, if already provided.
- The plan or addition purchased, payment date, amount, method, and reference number.
- A brief explanation of the concern and the resolution you are requesting.
- Relevant correspondence or screenshots with passwords, PINs, one-time codes, and unnecessary personal data removed.
5. Review outcome and payment timing
We may ask for more details or suggest a remedy before deciding the request. We will email the outcome, including the amount and reason if a full or partial refund is approved, or the reason if the request is declined.
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where practical, or another method agreed with the payer. We confirm the processing arrangements and expected timing by email. Bank or wallet processing time may vary; no fixed refund completion period is promised here.
6. Cancellation and your rights
To stop renewal, email us separately or include a cancellation request in your refund email. We will confirm the effective date and whether access continues for any remaining agreed period. Sending a refund request alone does not automatically cancel or extend a subscription.
Contact us if you disagree with a decision or have additional evidence. This review process does not remove any right to seek a remedy or contact a competent authority under applicable Philippine law.
